FAQ

Good questions

What do I need to do on launch day?
If your automatic updates are on, it will arrive on its own. If you do not have automatic updates on, you'll want to navigate to the App Store and update the app there. Your usual Slate login works as before.
Do I still need to save my projects?
No. The new app saves your work automatically as you go.
How do I start a new project?
Open your projects drawer and tap the + button in the upper right corner to start a new project.
I've been using the TestFlight beta. What happens to my projects?
Your projects will carry over to the new Slate app. To move from the beta to the new app, just delete Slate off your phone and redownload from the App Store.
How do I edit or select something on the canvas?
Double-tap an element to select and edit it, or pick it from the layers panel. If the keyboard doesn't appear when editing text, tap the keyboard button.
